Very happy with the Service Department. The Service Advisor, Robert E. Warren was excellent at his job. . My husband personally told him what a great job he did. I walked in and wasn't greeted. I stood there awkwardly for a few minutes waiting for an employee to say hello and ask me what I wanted. I received a text message that my service was done but the representative never came to me. I finally got up from the waiting room and he saw me and said my car was done. So why text & why did he wait to tell me?!? Than as I'm paying the price that I was quoted on over the phone was NOT the same. I paid $9 more. I was LIED to. Whole experience was bad.
