Took car in at 9am. Was told 2 hours. Thank God I took shuttle home. Called at 2:15 Car not done. Called at 4 pm. Car still not done. Finally at 4:45 got a call car done. Why tell me 2 hours if it's gonna take all day. Why no call to tell me gonna take longer and why. Had plans for the afternoon that I had to cancel.
