Allen went above and beyond to make sure that my Jeep Liberty was evaluated promptly while I waited, taking the initiative to go back to the garage for updates. He triaged the situation and got cost estimates on parts, some for immediate repairs, others for a later date. Allen even walked me out to my truck and took a look at the tire treads, indicating that I may need to plan ahead for tires and an alignment within another thousand miles. All this was done on the Labor Day holiday. Before, I was worried about the safety of my vehicle on the road, but thanks to Allen and the mechanics at Rancho Chrysler Jeep, I now have peace of mind. Bill was amazing! Can't say enough good things about him but when I got into my car I noticed there was a console cap (tab) missing that was covering the drive shift plate. Now I have to find time to go back to get it replaced.
