Never got an update on my car the whole week it was there. Made several attempts to get ahold of my service advisor which I was told he was there just with a customer which wasn't true because when I showed up to the dealership they said he was never here today. No one knew what the status was on my car until a super nice advisor Billy (who by the way was the only helpful advisor there) figured out what was happening with my car and brought us back to see the vechicle, Turns out the car was done in the morning but the tech never finished doing the paperwork so my car was sitting there all day. Totally unprofessional and highly dissatisfying. I would rate you a 1 out of 5 and that one star is only because of BILLY!!!!! That man needs a raise for dealing with how messed up this place is. Also I love getting my car back with the low fuel light on, when I turned in my car with plenty of gas.

The customer service Zachary provided was superior to any other car dealership that I've ever been to in my life.His knowledge and expertise to get me through the process of being checked in and listening to what my problem was and having it fixed was great. I will be telling my friends to have their cars taken over to Zachary to be serviced for things like oil changes and other problems. Even if they don't on a Chrysler or Dodge product the customer service that Zachary provided was a 10+

I came in for a recall part, specifically made the appointment for it and asked about the part. You kept my car for 4 hours and then told me you didn't have a part but gave me a quote for $850 of suggested maintenance. I am appalled at your lack of courtesy for people's time!
