My experience was 25% satisfied w/service; 100% w/ Ms. Doming.
I don't like being told one thing;...per Service Dept. Manager S Cobos..."first oil change is complimentary": I prefer Mobil One..."No problem, we can/will take care of that for you". On day of service I was told there would be a "30 DOLLAR UPCHARGE"!!! When I mentioned I wasn't told about an "upcharge" I was informed I would have to wait until the sale's dept. came in. Mr Cobos unavailable @ 7am???. I elected to take the basic "package".
Sad to know the service dept. has to stoop to the sale's dept. tactics to make quota. I guess some things never change.
