Juan has always done a great job. I have no problem with him. I have, however, lost my trust in your dealership. I feel that everytime I bring my car in for service your team finds something else wrong with it. I have kept it in excellent shape. I have not had it serviced with anyone else but Nissan since I purchased it. But I will now be taking to a private mechanic from now on. O probably will also not purchase my next Nissan from your dealership.

Juan gave me the excellent service that I always receive from him. My car needed something right away and he quoted a fair price for the quality of work I needed. Additionally after the inspection there were a number of maintenance items including oil change and wipers and he advised what needed to be done for safety and what can wait for next visit. All work was completed today and I am assured my car is safe and in top shape. Juan kept me informed all the way. The waiting area was a great “office” for me and the coffee made it enjoyable. I am grateful for another great experience after 6 years of service following purchase if my Maxima 6 years ago. I give 12 out of a possible 10!
