From the moment I called to make an appointment I wasn’t treated well. It was obvious that the employee thought we were stupid and treated us as such. He was very demeaning and even combative when we would ask questions. It was clear that he wanted to immediately write us off because we were requesting a claim on our warranty. He also made it clear that he thought the claim wouldn’t be approved. Our claim eventually was approved and our vehicle was fixed, which we are very happy about. However, the entire experience was ruined by how we were treated. I suggest that this employee receive some customer service training. I also want to make it known that I have never left a negative review for anyone and I understand that people have bad days but there was no excuse for how we were treated, especially because we interacted with the employee across multiple days and his attitude never changed. The employee’s name is Juan Alvarado.
