Amed, has always handled our 2 cars. We both drive quite a bit. His communication and attention to detail is always spot on. I prefer to deal only with him, because I know it will be handled right. It’s always done on time and the car was always clean. Nissan has always treated us right.

I had a 7:30 appointment and told them I would wait for the car. About 8:30 I checked the phone app and it showed the pickup time was 5PM. I asked about this and was told that this was normal and not to worry. At 8:45 I saw my car being moved into a service bay. I asked if they were just starting on my car and they said yes. I was told when I checked in it would take about an hour to an hour and a half to complete the job. At that time I informed them I needed to leave for work by 9:15. I asked to speak to the service manager and he told me that an appointment does not mean that is when they will start working on the car it only guarantees me a spot that day. This not acceptable. If I make an appointment I expect the work to start in 15 to 20 minutes not 1 hour and 15 minutes after the appointment time.
