I haven't been in the dealership for almost over a year and I didn't know they don't offer shuttle service anymore and my service advisor answer was that he's there to make money no to lose money since I already have a coupon for service. It make feel very uncomfortable. I feel this dealership is here to TAKE YOUR MONEY, there not here to help you or find solutions. I won't recommend this dealership to any of my friends, family or neighbors. It's has a very bad customer service and they only they care is about OUR MONEY. They give me also an estimated for the future repairs in my car but I don't feel spending my money and time on these dealership we're they don't care.
