Juan is very professional and he definitely knows how to prioritize customers.
I had a car problems for two weeks and no other Nissan dealer could figure out the problem.
I checked in with Juan at 7:30 and immediately got me going. He asked me if I needed a ride and told him I can hang out for a little bit as my work is only 5 minutes away.
Within 20 minutes, he came back to me and reported the issue and said it’s covered under warranty so there’s no charge and we’ll go ahead and get you out asap so we can get you to work on time.
After completing the paperwork, he rushed to help with my car wash to get me on my way to work as I was in a time crunch.
Juan is the best. I highly recommend everyone seeing Juan for any car service. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure everyone customer is happy and satisfied.
I will definitely ask for Juan moving forward

As I said in one survey (and I am tired of filling out surveys), Juan Alvarado was very courteous and professional. He answered my questions and kept me updated on the progress of repairs. He got me a small discount on one service. But he does not set prices and I felt this service was too expensive for the work done!
