After having an extremely negative experience with Nissan Costa Mesa damaging my car I was very reluctant to have more work completed at another Nissan Dealership but I decided to try Nissan of Irvine and Amed was amazing from the beginning. He reviewed pricing with me when I called to schedule the appointment, he greeted me at my car door when I arrived and he was very information and friendly throughout my visit. He even scheduled a Lyft ride for me to wait at home and another ride for me to return. He was excellent all around. I’ll definitely be coming back to Nissan of Irvine because of him!

Service was excellent, but weary of the prices being charged for a Cam shaft sensor swap. Was charged over a thousand dollars for 1 hour labor and 2 parts that I can buy online for $30 each. The service department is excellent but will get multiple quotes for future work.
