Every time I have been there for an oil change, it’s always something extra that has to be fixed or is missing or is done incorrectly. From missing tire caps, to incorrect oil change stickers, to things that could have been discussed on previous visits that were either over looked or ignored all together. Now, I just expect to pay for more than oil changes when I come to this dealership. At this point, I highly doubt I will ever come back for ANY service.
