Staff is friendly and helpful. My only issue was that I made an appointment for my oil change, but I had to wait 3 hours for it to be finished. I understand it takes time. But, I was hoping that with an appointment, there would be no long wait time because the mechanics should have already made the time available to prioritize appointments, especially when it’s an oil change where the customer is waiting in the lobby. Otherwise, it’s just the same as a walk in, because there’s still a line to wait in. I’m happy with the service and staff. I’m just hoping appointments can be prioritized a bit more. Besides that, keep up the good work!
