I came in at 3:15 pm with a battery warranty issue and associate Mr. Fernando’s first reaction without listening or having a preliminar assessment of my situation , was a firm NO NO WE are closing at 4:00.
Even when he made up his mind at a later moment when he saw me going to the office to complaint, I left there with the feeling that Nissan staff ARE not customer oriented. A sensation that impacted And changed my intentions of buying a Nissan Rogue next year
