Your service was fantastic but your prices are ridiculously too high. Example: $30 for new windshield wipers is taking advantage of your customers. Nissan should be ashamed to charge such high rates for services. All your prices are too high.

Rick, was very attentive and communicated very well on what the service would entail. The charging cable has been acting up again and will charge for only about a minute or two and stops saying the charging is complete or done. I will need to bring the vehicle and charging cable back in next week to determine what is causing this.

Estimated wait time was 2 hours or less for a software update recall. I choose to wait in the lobby. At 2 and one half hours the entire staff was having a group lunch in the sales lobby. No body was working on my car. I received my car after 3 hours. Next time, I will take a loaner or rental car.

I wish he would have said something about the surcharge when paying with a credit card. This is the second time no one has mentioned it-I know you have merged with San Juan Capistrano and are very busy because of that-last time I had service with you-someone’s key was left in my car-a real hassle to get it returned to you-Stephanie assured me they would make a note on my file for a free oil change-I mentioned when I was in yesterday there was no note on my account. One of the service persons gave me their business card with a hand written note that says good for 1 free oil change-I’m not confident that it will be accepted when I try to use it-not sure why it can’t just be noted on my service record.
