Your dealership is very misleading. I have a lot of different subject matters and it’s not fair that your employees have to put up with your bad management decisions number one it says all over the place very clearly that you have expressed service and then you don’t very misleading
I had to wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil change number two you do not have it clearly placed And also verbally told to the customer in the very beginning that if you use the credit card you’re gonna be charged 3% extra including your website and on your coupons I’m never coming back and I feel like I’m in a penitentiary with those horrible colors that you have. I’m never setting foot into your place ever again. I feel like I’m walking into a jail. The colors are horrible. You don’t even have any plants or artwork And you did not top off my fluids. You put water in my windshield wiper reservoir and you didn’t top off any of my others as you should’ve as a courtesy
I want my 3% surcharge back. You’re a bunch of thieves, very misleading dealership.

Juan's customer care was awesome as always and keeps me coming to Irvine Nissan. Juan kept me informed of my cars progress and offered me a ride though I didn't need one, since my vehicle would take a little longer.
