Rick and the mechanical staff are always first rate. The most recent problem was very difficult. They stayed with it. I really appreciate the professionalism.

I left my car on Wednesday (10/9) and was told that the you need to order the part. But nobody called me on Thursday, so I have to call back at 4pm after I waited the whole day. Then finally I got a call on Friday and said that my car won’t be ready until Saturday afternoon. Anyway I hope that you could let me know the situation earlier, so I don’t have to wait at home for 3 days. One thing is good is: I enjoy the Lyft service for free! This is my first time to have it and I like it very much.
