I appreciated Amed’s professionalism. Not too salesy, not too chummy, and took the time to listen and explain everything. I am very happy with Amed and the mechanics who accurately diagnosed the ongoing problem I was having with my car, and the quality repair they did. Amed listened carefully to my concerns, and relayed them to the mechanic. Overall, the operation was highly professional. You get what you pay for. Thank you.

I was not happy that Juan did not tell me about the 3% added fee for using a credit card-I would have brought a debit card-he did find a brake discount which I appreciated-the whole ordeal with having another cars keys in
my car and the hassle of having them returned was not acceptable. I would like some compensation for this isssue-might not be Juan’s fault but it was a day and a 1/2 hassle and very inconvenient. If you need further info feel free to reach out ****-****-xxxx. At this point I don’t trust Nissan Irvine and will be looking for another Nissan service place in the future.
