Everyone was really nice. Just when I got the car back the dash cam wasn't working any more, assume a tech just turned it off while working which makes sense I wouldn't want some camera recording either while I worked, but I wasn't able to get it to come back on. Car wash also like, looked like they didn't and was still covered in dirt and bugs from driving across the country. And it was just like a courtesy wash so whatever it's fine but just cuz they said they'd do it then didn't might make people worry that other services aren't really being done right either, I mean I know they changed my oil and rotated my tires just because I take it on faith that they did. Ya know? Anyway great price and friendly staff, good experience, would return.

Dishonest, bad attitude, disrespectful, horrible service they wanted to over charge me for something that I had fixed before and I knew how long it would take. The service manager is rude and the GM is also bad with talking to the customers. Talked to Nissan customer affair they promised me something and never delivered. I Will never go to that place again!!!!

When I made the descicion to purchase my car I researched several locations near me and learned that Nissan of Irvine had really bad customer service reviews and ratings. This turned me off from your location until I discovered the Nissan Juke. I decided to go test drive it and unknowingly I fell in love with it. From the moment i stepped into your center I experienced ignorance, hierchy and many more negative things from your sales team. I actually ended up liking my dealer David Crawford, the finance department and the car service department but I cannot say the same of anyone else in sales. They are bigots that never stepped in to help me, talk to me, or ask me anything. This was my first new car shopping experience and your sales team made it dreadful. My car had defects and barely any gas and I paid 20,000 for this!!!!! The managers is incompetent and failed to review anything or help me when I asked him for help several times while David was busy! I can tell other staff member are frustrated as well. Like I said I like David Crawford but I don’t know if I can recommend anyone I know to Nissan of Irvine!!!!!!!!!!!! There are not enough exclamation points!
