Fernando was great and made the whole process easy and smooth

I was ANNOYED with the telephone contact on the day of my appointment. Noone seemed to know Victor. In fact, I was told that "no Víctor worked there." I was fuming. The problem was I was talking to your asan Juan Capistrano dealership. Sadly, it seems Irvine and Capistrano Nissan use the same receptionist and/or telephone bank. I had canceled a 10am appointment on 7/9/18. However, the Capistrano receptionist called me ON 7/10/18 noting I had missed my appointment and asking if I wanted to reschedule. She said the system had not updated and there was no record of my cancellation. On 7/10/18 around 8am, I called to check if the parts I requested were there. Then I was told no parts had been ordered. I had a 9am appointment. I explained that Victor had transferred me to the Parts Dept. on 7/9/18. Again, I was told that the parts were NOT there but they could go get them and I could come in for service later that day. By now, I was LIVID! Guess what? Again, I was talking to the Capistrano dealership. I suggest whenever one calls Nissan of Irvine, make sure you are SPEAKING to the Irvine dealership. When I finally talked to Victor (around 9:40am), he assured me the parts were there and it was ok to come on in without making another appointment. When I arrived at Nissan of Irvine, I was greeted by Victor. From that moment on I was COMPLETELY satisfied with the service all the way up to the cashiers. Everyone I encountered there were professional and courteous. The technicians made the requested repair and I was done within one hour, with a hand car wash included. That one hour turned my experience with Nissan of Irvine info a very pleasant one. I look forward to working with Victor when my Nissan needs service.

Angle was very professional and helpful

Although I had a little trouble with my appts, as the first one was canceled at the last minute because they realized they didn’t have the part in stock, and for the second one, I was in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before someone came and told me they ordered the wrong part so I’d have to come back again. Despite all that, I have to say that I’m VERY impressed with your service department and specifically Victor, who was a nice and as helpful as can be. And having my car washed was a delightful surprise, so I will definitely be back if I need something done.
