Mark did a great job informing me on the progress of the repairs, and patiently explaining what needed to be done and why. His main priority with me was to make sure my 2011 Versa was safe to drive.
Mark looked over the coupons I brought in, and made sure I received any discounts available.
Mark explained an oil leak, and concern about my tires. He showed me photos from my engine and tires which clearly showed what needed to be done.
