Mr. Mark was too loud and too rough with me. I felt that he was too mean with me and I felt really uncomfortable and really emberrased and make me feel so bad and guilty and like kind of dumb woman. He seems mad at me because I didn’t had the services on time for my car and I explained to him that I wasn’t sure that I didn’t know and that it was kind of the last person fault who fixed my car because he didn’t showed me or tell me educate me about cars cause as a woman I don’t know about cars that much. I could understand it’s for my car to be working right but I felt really so bad on the way he treated me today at the shop in front of everybody there. Please be gently nice and better with me next time.
