I'm ???? happy with the customer service Victor provided. He was very professional. Also the shuttle driver was very professional and easy to chat with What I'm not happy about is that I tried to use my $25 in reward points for my oil change and I was told that there is a $50 minimum. I don't see that on the email at all.

Angel Pena provided exceptional customer service. When the driver was not available to give me a ride back to the dealership, a Lyft driver was ordered for me. Even he was extremely nice. The whole experience was so good, I was almost when it was over! Thank you very much!

Fernando came right out and assisted me when I came in for service. He set up the service for an oil change/tire rotation. He contacted me later at work and told me there were two other areas that needed attention. He applied my coupon/discounts and they areas were taking care of. Fernando was very polite and patient and communicated clearly with me.

My appointment was 10:30am. I arrived at 10:27 and was Tom he first car in the queue. I was greeted and told Victor would be right with me . The two cars behind me were assisted first and at 10:42, Victor was free and begin the check in process. I’m sure there is a reasonable explanation. I would appreciate a review of the intake process today.

I was told that the $135 charge for the fee to diagnose a driver seat window problem would be credited to any repairs needed after the problem was assessed if I chose to repair my car with theNissan of Irvine. Most other mechanics do not charge for diagnosis, but since the cost would be credited to repairs I thought "OK". After I was quoted for the repairs needed I was informed that the diagnosis I paid for is a separate fee and would not be credited to the repair. I felt misled and confused about what the actual costs of repair work is, feeling cheated. Overall, wait time took longer than promised and I was not informed of any delays after the 2 hour quoted wait time had passed. The cashier let me know someone will be bringing me my keys after the car wash was finished. No keys were brought to me after some time so I went to check on the status and cashier had the keys, not making any effort to deliver them to me, although I was sitting next to the desk.
