Hi I was satisfied with customer service from the moment I pulled up, up to the moment I left. I had my car serviced here for the first time since I recently moved here from Riverside. Everything with my car was fine up until I got on the freeway my steering wheel & pretty much my entire car shakes horribly when I go anything faster than 60MPH my car did not have this issue before prior to taking it in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday May 26.

I was told that I would be charged $130 for diagnosing the technical issue with the air conditioning system of my car. After diagnostic inspection, Fernando told me that fixing the issue would cost me $1900! So, obviously I asked not to do that, but I was still charged $120! I understand that diagnosis takes time and effort by a technician, however, $120 is too much. The way I see it, I paid $120 but, my car is still has the exact same problem it had before I take it to the Nissan service shop, and that is not fair. I am asking for a refund of at least $80. Only then do I see it to be treated fairly by Nissan group. Thank you in advance for your time and support. Regards, Arash S
