Mark is a gentleman, knd and understanding. Does his job perfectly. He knew who I was when I pulled in the driveway and had every answer to my questions at the ready. I am handicapped and he generously helped me out to mount the rather large curb to get in to the Seating area to wait for my car. Allman all, a very good experience, they did the work fast and professionally and made every accommodation they could for me. I salute Him and them. This man is a keeper!

I had to call each time to get an update. He said the diagnosis would be done in an hour and a half or so. 3 hours later I call for an update and he goes “oh your paper work just landed on my desk.” And then he said he’d be able to get my car done in an hour or so. Once again, no call or update like he promised. I ended up just driving back to the dealership to see what the update was. He’s sitting at his desk and I walk up to it and he goes “oh they just finished with your car.” Riiiiight. Ok. They finish with these things just as I’m inquiring about it. Anyways It was my first time getting anything serviced and I trusted Victor and he ended up trying to get every cent out of my wallet. I guess that’s the nissan STEALership and that’s how you guys make money but it’s just unfortunate that I spent money on a car of your company and you still try to milk a college student out of more money.

The delivery of my car was postponed twice with various reason likes wrong parts, parts thst were not ordered. I do appreciate Mario who try to reach out and inform me with the update. However, I do expect a nissan dealership to know what is the rt part to order as well as put in the order in a timely manner. Short story, my car has issue with the gas cap and i want to installed the fog light. First delay was due to wrong fog light was ordered. A week after the first delay i was told that the parts required to fix the gas cap was not ordered (the gas cap was the known problem before i even put down my deposit for the car) Again, I do appreciate Mario for reaching out and informed me with the update. But i would not say that i am completely satisfied with the delivery of my car
