After texting on Friday ,I called at 3:00 pm the service person about my car and he hung up on me,and called back and left a message whit the secretary for an update on my car but no respond .saturday I had to go physically at 11:00 am and take care of the situation and they charge me an extra day on rent a car because of their own negligence .

Great communication from my service advisor Mark Nutter about a problem found with a rear wheel bearing that was covered by warranty. Multiple calls by Mark and another advisor whose name I neglected to get when my car was ready by the time promised. Great job!

Victor was great. On the other hand, your appointment system on your website is horrible. Most customers don't know their maintenance schedule and trying to add on all of the extras before I can make the appointment is an extreme turn off. I just wanted to make an appointment for a 15,000 mile maintenance. When I tried to make the appointment, with all of the add-ons, it said that it would cost ~$500. If I didn't already have a pre-paid oil change, I would have gone somewhere else.
