I already typed out all of the below on Yelp, and I’m just copy/pasting it: I had to go to the dealership this morning because my 2016 Nissan Rogue kept needing to be jumped. I called beforehand and was told there was availability at 9:30. I arrived a little early, provided my information, and was given a form that stated a "Promised Time" of 10:15. At 10:31 someone finally came to get me. I asked why the form said "Promised" if that was clearly just an estimate. I was told that my car was done at 10:15, but they took it to get washed - no one came to tell me this, and if they had I would have foregone the wash because I had made plans to be somewhere based on the Promised Time. A very nice woman behind the counter had me sign a form and told me where to find my car... But no one told me what was actually done on my car. I asked the woman, and she paged the service technician. He was waiting by my car and seemed confused that I was asking what had been done to my car - you shouldn't have to ask what was done to fix the issue (brand new battery) and to ask the warranty information on the new items added (apparently it's one year from being installed). I also wasn't warned ahead of time that I would be receiving text messages when I provided my cell phone number. I'm glad my car is running again, but I'm disappointed by the level of service provided - which I don't think was too lofty of a goal. Clearly there's just a lack of communication - between communicating why there might be a delay from the Promised Time, communicating that that delay is because of a car wash that I didn't want, and communicating what was actually done to fix the issue. I hope this helps improve service for future customers.
