Glenn was a very nice and knowledgeable man. He kept my informed throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Glenn. This was some of the best service I have had at this location. Only downside is Glenn informed me my car was getting a car wash but when one of the techs brought it to me it wasn’t washed. I think the tech saw me waiting as was just trying to get it to me. Not a big deal at all, I can get it washed elsewhere. Overall staff was really nice and I received great service.

Glenn was very attentive, thorough and kept me posted throughout the time my car was there. My wife and I are very pleased, we have always had Nissan’s and our daughter and son also have Nissan’s. I was called by someone at Nissan and told that I needed to bring my truck in for a necessary software update. Since I was going to have to hang out while this work was being done, I decided to have the oil changed at the same time. I spent 90 minutes and $30.00 at Irvine Nissan, and was told by them that the software was fine, no update necessary! I can get a much better deal on an oil change, if that's all is necessary.
