Mark Nutter was very helpful in identifying what my car needed and service previously performed. He also asked about any concerns I had with the car. I had a coupon and he had a coupon so I saved a little bit. He told how long the service might take, even got me some water while I waited. Service was done before expected time. Very nice ! Mark is an asset to the company, I’ll ask for him as my service advisor next time.

The service I received was below average. I have consistently had problems with the employees that were supposed to help. Angel, who is supposed to receive the car often discredits my concerns towards the car even when I have repeatedly been there for the same issue. Al Burton attitude has been rude when dealing with both me and my wife. Often after calling all day when we arrive to pick up the car we have to wait over an hour to receive the car. It’s unacceptable since the problems with the car have been well documented and it took video proof to convince them that the car was continuing to have the same issue that I had initially reported. These issues have consistently been reported and time and time again have been ignored or told that they have been fixed. This is beyond a customer service issue but also a safety concern.Nissan has been our vehicles of choice since the early 90s but considering the current situations I doubt we will continue to buy your products.

This is perhaps my 3rd or fortth visit at your location. Every time your service seem to elevate further beyond my expectations. It’s probably a difficult task to achieve but you folks have found a way to accomplish it and for that, I am truly thankful.
I had made an appointment for 8 am on Saturday January 27th. I was surprised to receive a message the day before to confirm my appointment. Found it to be very houghtful and going above and beyond to connect with customers. Once I arrived, Angel Pena approached me and acknowledged me with a smile first and then shook my hand. He was truthful, honest and understanding to my financial situation at the time and dmade suggestions to what needs to be done without being pushy. I found his to be genuine and honest. Will come back to honest and good people every time. Angel is amazing!!!
