I bought my nissan at this location, others who bought nissans had there 1st 3 services free, which I thought was for my car also, but I was wrong. When I called to schedule an appointment for my 1st service, they quoted me 69.99, the service writer told me what was included, which was also a tire rotaion. When I got to the service depth I was met by my service writer Angel, which seemed bothered and with attitude. Told him I had an appointment which he said ok, for what, I told him. When I told him some of my concerns about the car, if it was normal or problems.. each item I told him, he made me feel in plan terms."stupid" like it was me and triEd to prove me wrong or to make it look like nothing was wrong. He never addressed the problems except for the mechanic to inspect the gear shifter. Which was normal. When we went to write up the ticket he said it was 69.99 for the oil change and 25 for the tire rotation. I said that not what I was quoted..he kept saying no, this is the charge and I said the guy who made my appointment quoted me something different aND like all sales people he asked who did I speak to, I tried to remember bit he said no one works here by that name, which I had tried to give him. I said well look up who wrote the appointment I'm sure he has his name there. He refused aND said there not set up for that. After arguing with him for a few minutes he discounted the tire rotation to 15. I only accepted because I thought to honor the cars Warrenton it needed to be done at a nissan dealership. Even when I asked about a sign that was posted about honoring other dealership coupons, I asked so I don't have to service my car here, he replied that I could take it any where but had to use the approved oil, etc and show proof of oil used or my Warranty would not be honored. So knowing this and how I was treated, I will not go back to nissan of irvine. I live in westminster which in traffic takes almost 45min to an hour. To get treated that way,is not worth the time and drive, I will seek another nissan closer to home.

I won’t trust this dealership any more it should not charge the fees it does when you get the cabin filter changed and wiper blades as the regular auto parts stores do for free, when you buy the parts. These fees are excessive really 21.40 to slide a filter in less than 30 seconds than a 15 dollar air freshener that no one told me about. Especially since the previous owners should have changed under service contact and told me it didn’t have one, now when I’m buying we can find it..
