Felt scammed, vehicle broke down immediately that evening. Customer service was horrible I gentleman named Fernando answer the phone had little to no empathy and basically told me I was out of luck, I have asked to speak to the general manager and franchise owners for three days straight and I can't get a straight answer. Mike is thorough - he reviewed all of the service options with me...some which we executed on and some we’ll accomplish during the next service interval. Mike is always accommodating.
My ONLY issue is my car was in the shop ALL day. I’ve been a customer for 7-8 years and should be provided a courtesy car. I ASKED and Mike responded by saying a courtesy car was only available if I spent $300. Really? That’s WEAK. I’’m sure he was quoting company policy- but c’mon! The better approach is to try to upsell me on a new Nissan. This dealership is missing the mark on brand loyalty. You all need to wake up and “offer” courtesy cars to long time Clients. Maybe next time, right?
