I had a question about the navigation system, and mark referred me to a young lady in your sales department. She referred me to another nice lady in your sales dept. The 2nd lady didn't have a name tag but she told me her name and regrettably I have forgotten her name. But she was very good. She even wrote down the steps to answer my question.

Fernando was excellent, very courteous, respected my time, had great follow up and overall made my visit very pleasant. I usually go to Costa Mesa Nissan but after moving I’m now closer to Nissan of Irvine. I was hesitant to come to this location after the first Yelp review I read was a 1 star and very negative but I was delightfully surprised that my visit was very pleasant. Upon pulling up a gentleman greeted me and let me know someone would be with me shortly. After waiting the quoted time frame for the inspection, Fernando informed me of the results and let me know how much longer it would take for the work to be completed. At no point was I wondering what was going on or what was taking so long like at other auto repair places. I didn’t even mind the additional wait since I was informed along the way. Communication is sooo important and Fernando did an excellent job!
