Made an appointment for check engine light and was promptly met by Angel who introduced himself as he greeted me. Service procedure was professionally explained and his followup was similarly courteous and prompt. Appreciated the shuttle service and the driver Solomon was similarly professional and courteous.

The receptionist shouldn’t attempt to read service records if lacks the time or expertise. I was told my battery was replaced 1/2017 so there would obviously be no fee. Turns out that was a remote battery. The service advisor was perfectly fine.
