The warranty on the tire was not used due to
Lost of evidence . The original tires were misplaced and by that l couldn’t get the tires replaced as American tires were agreeing to give me both to return it to Nissan.
That was worth of 260$ almost.
Beside Nissan price for the same tires is almost 50$ more
The 100$ credit that the manager gave me is not covering the 210$ which l didn’t get back now for the warenty.
You also charged me even for balancing the air in tires
That is very unusual!!!

2.5 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. That is terrible, regardless of the fact that I had free oil changes for buying my car from you. I’ve had nothing but troubles from this dealership since I baught my car. Also that fact that you don’t do proper tire rotations where you take the back tires from the rear to the opposite front and from the rear to the same front is a lack of knowledge or you’re just trying to screw the buyer over by making them buy new tires. This deeply upsets me, because you’re all decent human beings but only car about your money and not customer service. Except the service manager and the internet manager, they are genuine men. Also when an employee lies to my face it’s upsetting. Just for your information I will be sending this to corporate as well.
