I stopped in at Irvine Nissan Saturday without an appointment to have them look at the door handle on the driver's side. I was surprised to see all new faces except for Angel Pena. 1. If new ownership wants to retain customers, should have decided to honor coupons issued by prior ownership. 2. No carwash for the last 2 days?? Clearly, the rep would have known this! Why just not answer truthfully when questioned if customer's car was going to be washed? If I were told the truth when I dropped off the car, I wouldn't have been disappointed that my car wasn't washed when I picked it up. No point in lying. Customer will find out at pick up anyway and see the car is not washed. The best part of my time there today was the shuttle ride. At least that part of the service is still good. Overall experience today was subpar. Good luck.

2.25 hours for an oil change is ridiculous, especially since I had an appointment. This happens every time, and today was the last one. I will not be going to the dealership for service again.

Mr. Nutter and his crew handled my car's problem quickly. They showed good judgement in reaching out to me (the operator) to collect relevant data points (about my car, and how it reached the problem state) to expedite the diagnosis. Then, the team performed appropriate verification of the corrective actions. I left Nissan confident the problem was rectified.
