I requested a quote from Victor for a service (for a case that was already diagnosed) early in the morning. He told me that he could provide it to me within an hour. He never got back to me. I called him and left him voice message multiple times. He never replied. And, this was not the first time I encountered such behavior. The day I took my car for diagnosis, almost the same thing happened. Even if he could not finish what he said he could, he could be respectful and call me and update me on the status. Rather than completely ignoring the case!
I hope I can get a service i requested and not to have to go further in posting negative reviews.
