Fernando and technicians were excellent.
There seems to be an issue with this vehicle, intermittent failure to self prime, that needs to be covered under warranty and is not.
While I'm very happy with the professional, courteous, and thourough manner Fernando handled the situation, the fact that there's a vehicle issue and policy that if working after a computer reset it wouldn't be covered under warranty is concerning.
