Victor Guerrero was great in explaining what was wrong and how it was fixed on my 2015 Sentra. I am very happy that it was fixed correctly. But, as I was driving my car home the radiator cap fell off of the car. I heard it rattle around the engine area then hit the street. Then liquid splashed up onto the windshield. I did not know it was the radiator cap until I pulled over (lucky I was on a side street and not the freeway) popped the hood and noticed the missing cap and radiator fluid splashed onto the engine. I walked back to where the cap was laying in the street. It looked OK so I put it back on and drove home without further incident. I can only assume the cap was not secured properly during the inspecting and servicing of my Sentra. This is not a big deal but I would like to stop by on Monday to verify that I have enough fluid in the radiator. Paul L

My husband took my vehicle in for service and had positive experience with Mark Nutter but he was frustrated by the fact that as he got in the car all of the mirrors, the seat, and the steering column were completely readjusted. It's reasonable for the seats to have been adjusted but certainly not the steering column. His question... "Why would they push the steering column all the down and in?" "If they needs to move it they should have at least attempted to readjust it."

New owner not standing behind prior service commitments. Unsure if work done properly. Would have gone to Tustin if I knew rewards and discount orogram was eliminated. I lost out on savings for expensive services and you lost me as a customer over a few dollars. Very disappointing.
