1. He did not send me the inspection results immediately, waited till the last min until the car is ready to be delivered.
2. He did not explain the consequences and benefits of declining vs approving the repairs suggested in inspection results
2. Even after paying through Debit card, he added $3+ extra more than approved in the bill and he did not explain it at the time of payment
Even though this is small, it made me to lose trust on Nissan service

Mark was awesome! Super helpful and thought of things to do to help me like called me a Lyft when I wasn’t going to be able to get there to pick it up.
I picked my car up last night and unfortunately today it would not start and we were stranded in a parking lot in the rain for 30 minutes trying to get help. Turns out when the mechanics disconnected the battery to replace the transmission they did not connect it again fully so the battery was not charging when the engine was running and 5 minutes in the car with the radio on was enough to drain any remaining life from the battery. That was a bit frustrating.
