Amed was amazing, excellent customer service and patient and very kind, however the selling department the manager Jhon I think was his name who speak Spanish, it was awful. His attitude wasn’t the best. At least comparing with Amed, a big difference.

I did have a question when I got home & looked at my records. My cabin filter was changed mid-July 2023 @ 18,600 miles (miles @ Nissan 27,176.) Was the recommendation based on inspection or suggested miles (15,000 etc.)
