He told me 2 hours it took 4hours and thirty minutes I have nothing against Rick but your technicians are lazy and un motivated to get the job down. Over 4 hours for oil change he told my 2 hours wasted my whole day wasted money on Ubers to get to my appointments. Lack for communication between front and technicians is bad and unprofessional
