There is no reason my car locks being fixed should have costed $2400. Also I was told I would my car back that day and received a text that afternoon saying I would not get my car. I received a text at 8;00 am saying my car was ready. I had to pay for an Uber to get around the next day.

Juan, is a very good employee. Helped me with my needs and making sure my vehicle got the service it needs.
However I am very very concerned/frustrated with what happened to my vehicle after I dropped it off. I know my vehicle very well, and I know for a fact coming into the service how my car felt whilst I’m driving.
While my car was at the shop, I got a call from Juan saying that my tire has a needle. Trusting Juan, I thought it was at my expense the needle, but once I left the lot my driving experience with the needle on the tire is COMPLETELY different than how it was before. Please tell me this! How is my driving experience before entering the shop better than leaving after service ???
