When I got home, I saw that a piece of black plastic was dangling off of the back right (passenger) side near the back tire. I called and reported this and the manager Fernando who I spoke to claimed that this piece was already dangling off. This is not true. I have before pictures of the right side of the vehicle, and this piece was not dangling off! I submitted pictures and the manager still claims that it was like this when I arrived for service. I even have before pictures that I submitted to my insurance.
