Service wise, I would love to know why my stereo screen turns black and resets while driving, or idle. Any feedback on that would be appreciated!

The fabric next to the windshield on the driver’s side was scratched after the windshield was replaced. In addition, the center mirror fell off the window because it was not screwed in properly. Extremely sloppy and careless work from your third party vendor. It’s not acceptable. This is a brand new vehicle.
At this point I either want a new car or for these problems to be remedied. Please contact me. Thank you.
