Updating the software was a stupid price and I wasn’t told it would wipe out all of my data and I would need to start from scratch. Then I go back into the dealership and no one can help me upload my numbers from my phone. No one knows how to help me do anything. What a waste of my time I’m super pissed off. Do you have anybody there that knows what they’re doing with the technology end of the business? No I’m just pissed off.

I arrived this morning without an appointment. Mark Nutter was very professional, and he immediately put me in the queue for service. My tires were rotated, and the oil was changed. The job was done efficiently. Mark pointed out where refreshments were, and where the restrooms were located.
