When scheduling vehicle for diagnosis on heated seats not working and at check in, I told the service dept I was selling or trading my car in soon so didn’t want to spend too much to fix. Neither person told me it could be very costly. I brought car in at 10 am and by 5:50 I called and no one had looked at my car. Told him to forget it and picked my car up the next afternoon. At that point he said yes, it could be very costly. I was willing to pay to have it diagnosed but when nothing was done all day, I decided to just get my vehicle. We’ve always had good service before so hate that we had a bad experience on this.

I’ve been completely satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle and the service of said vehicle. But I will say I’ve never had a company ding dong me as much as crosely ford. It’s a text, email or a phone call almost every day. They really need to cut that **** back some. Geez

We're going to try doing business with another Ford dealer. Thoroughbred. Took our car to quick lane and they said it needed a bushing. Spent our Saturday morning for the repair only to find out the part did not need replaced. This is only one incident of several over the past year. Good news is you didn't charge us for a part that did not need replaced.

We had a 2012 Focus w/ many, many transmission problems. Every time we brought it in, we we told that "the shuttering was within reasonable limits"... that is, until our warranty expired. Now all of the sudden, it's time for a new transmission/clutch? We spoke to your team about a trade in... specifically stating exactly how much we were willing to pay and exactly what we wanted (both were within reason). We were persuaded to look a cars with a lesser value for what we wanted to pay, or way overpriced vehicles. I know that the purchasing department and service are separate, but we did not want to overpay for another car that only ford would be able to service. We did trade in our car for the numbers that we pitched to the sales team. We are now driving a 2018 Toyota Camry Hybrid (this after our last 5 vehicles have been Fords).
