Time taken from tech to another tech was rather frustrating and scary of what the total cost would be. Kyle was very patient and helped this ole gal thru it. Glad to get my "Beast" back. She's running up to snuff.

Poor customer service. Waited 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. I made an appointment online through Service department over 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment (for 1pm) with comments clearly stating I needed an oil change on a fleet vehicle. No one told me prior to my arrival that I needed to rebook through quick lane. Valerie was the only person I interacted without she was patient and polite enough but not apologetic for the inconvenience. I was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. I texted the number back 20 minutes after that time and did not receive a reply. I called them 10 minutes later and was told the guy just finished, their shuttle driver was out driving someone else but they'd call me and send him my way when he got back. I waited 30 minutes before deciding to get an uber. Was called to say the shuttle driver was on his way when I was already in the uber. Waited 5 minutes before being acknowledged again. Pleasant interaction, signed the paper and was out without any hassle. Never heard a "sorry about the wait". Finally left at 3:50pm. By no means the worst ford service I've gotten but I can't say I was completely satisfied.
