I am a Ford employee, you wouldn't give me my ford employee discount. Metro Ford has no problem giving Ford employees there discount which Ford offers as a benefit. So I'll go back to Metro Ford for service.

Service department condensending about my windshield crack, it's a stress crack he didn't want to hear it, I am an automation engineer building these trucks, I see the warranty claims I know what a stress crack looks like I know the amount of warranty concerns we've had. Will take it to Zeck Ford. Oil change was good though.

Purchased car 4 weeks ago and had to wait two weeks for. Recall repair. Then I get the car and try to get it licensed and they failed to do an inspection. So I came back after I was told I would get right in for an inspection and there was a two hour wait. Finally got the car inspected on 8/19/27 and the temp tag expires on the 20th. We love the car but it seems like they dropped us like a hot potato after they got the money for the car. Jason our salesman did pretty much everything he could do I suppose. Kind of disappointed in your post customer service.

The Service was great as always but when I went to get my second car they wouldn't leave my name on the list but I got back there was a three hour I was there at 6 am waiting like 10 others no problem after they got done with my Edge I ask if they could put me on the waiting list that I would be back with my f150 in 30 minutes they said no when I got back it was a 3 hour wait I like you guys but spending my whole Saturday there sucked !
