They try to charge me $130 for diagnosing something that was on recall. I told him I wasn’t paying it and they took it off . I feel like every time I try and bring my car in there you guys try to find $300 to $500 worth of something that needs to be fixed doesn’t really need to be fixed.

I had to buy new lug nuts .... was told the ones that came on the car that ford uses at the plant are a bad design. After watching the tech us a big orange hammer to drive the socket on the lug nut. 104 dollars for and oil change and tire rotate and New Lug nuts. I will not buy or use Crosley ford ever again.
I now have to go to Excelsior springs or St Joseph mo,,,,, ridiculous !

They quoted me some services based on the mileage on my vehicle. I don’t have a problem with this, but I have a problem with is the way that the customer service representative that cashed me out presented this. They told me that the fluid was extremely expensive. And that this was the largest part of the $120 cost for a differential service. That the fluid will cost around $70 of the $120. I then walked next-door to your parts department and purchased the 2 quarts of fluid for the service for $19. It doesn’t make me feel good about buying services from the quick Lane department. I understand that there is going to be a mark up for parts and I’m OK with that, but $70 for fluid that only cost $20 at your same dealership??? This doesn’t make me feel comfortable. I most likely won’t return for any future services.
