When I entered the room to turn in my vehicle for oil change there four employees at the desk. But when the parked my vehicle in front next the the door. All of a sudden there wasn’t anyone around. And finally I had to ask someone if I could get my car.

Never have to wait long. The staff there are courteous and polite. They explain every detail of the work done on your vehicle. The snacks are on time. I would always prefer to take my vehicle here

Had to reorder parts several times and took over 2 weeks for 2 day job. Mark did an excellent job in communication and made a bad situation much much better. I guess my truck is getting to the age it may be harder to get parts. We had to rent a car to take a trip.

They should have told me it was going to take 2 or 3 days to even get to my vehicle I made appointment you thank if you make an appointment they are going to look at your vehicle that day. They had my vehicle amost a week that is to long.if they would have told I would made another appointment when they was going to be able to get to my vehicle at my appointment.

Mark, awesome. Trish, awesome. Loaner, very, very nice. We'll drive our repaired vehicle a couple days before answering on the quality of repair. The two items that were an easy job that could have gotten a 10 out of 10... Vehicle wasn't washed and there's a low tire light on. Really? While it was getting an oil change somebody couldn't walk around with a tire pressure gauge to see which tire was causing the low tire pressure light to be on? And the car wash is right there... Maybe I'm too picky. It just seems that if you couldn't make a dime off one of these services you won't do them. The customer service before the service was great and we really appreciate the offer of a loaner. The survey question was 'Were you completely satisfied' and thus my response. Brought 2016 Explorer in for possible Battery issue. Vehicle still having issue with dash screen blinking, makes clicking sound when starting, turns over slow/ pauses then starts. Had $20,000 bodyshop work done recently air bag light, tail light and other electrical issues since repairs and not fixed after bringing back to body shop along with body panels not aligned right or fixed after a follow up visit. Very dissatisfied that vehicle is not right and body shop warranty is not backed up as stated and return visit noted issues were not repaired as promised in addition continuous electrical issues.

Dropped of my car to get my door latch fixed because of a recall on Tuesday, didn’t get my car until Friday. I bought the car at Gary Crossley and was not offered a loaner car. When I called to ask if I could get one, they told me they were all out. I went to the dealership and talked to Chris at the service center and he was super helpful and got me a loaner car! I really appreciate him and Trish for helping me out. I did have to call to ask about the status of my car and that was only communication I had with them. Overall they experience was long and I felt like I had to check up on my car everyday it was at the dealer.

My vehicle was not in your shop, However I received an email telling me that my car was ready to pick up. I called and spoke to the service department about this and they said to just disregard the email. Something triggered it, so I am responding to this survey for a service that was not performed as a way of looking into this issue since it didn’t seem to be taken seriously from before. Thanks!
